Nursing Home Abuse includes:
- Nursing Home Assault
- Nursing Home Battery
- Nursing Home Sexual Assault
- Nursing Home Sexual Battery
- Nursing Home Rape
- Unreasonable physical constraint
- Prolonged or continual deprivation of food or water
- Use of a physical or chemical restraint
- Psychotropic medication for any purpose not consistent with that authorized by the
physician
